End-of-works cleaning
The builders are gone. Now it has to be clean.
Plaster dust, paint splashes, labels, smeared windows: our team cleans from ceiling to floor so you can move in or hand over the keys.

Ready to hand over
What we leave behind
- Ceilings, walls and switches dusted
- Inside cupboards and drawers
- Paint and plaster splashes removed
- Stickers and labels off the joinery
- Windows, frames and sills
- Floors cleaned for their material
One rule: rubble out first
Builders' rubble and leftover materials are not part of cleaning: they must be removed before we come. Tell us the date the builders leave and we plan the clean right after.

From quote to handover
Visit of the premises
We walk through with you: surfaces, floors, frequency, access and hours.
Written quote
A specification room by room, a monthly or one-off price, within the week.
First visit
The team is introduced, keys and codes handed over, the first clean done.
Follow-up
Regular checks, one contact person, adjustments when your needs change.
The same team on your site
You know who comes in. When someone is away, the replacement is briefed on your premises before the first visit.
A written specification
What is cleaned, how often and how: room by room, in the quote and in the contract. No vague "general cleaning".
Checks and a contact person
A supervisor visits regularly and one person answers your calls. A remark is dealt with on the next visit.
"The builders left on Friday, the cleaning team came on Monday, we moved in on Wednesday. Not a trace of plaster dust."
"Our offices are cleaned every evening by the same two people. In two years, we have had to point out one forgotten bin."
